Elina Zicmane

   Elina Zicmane is Consultant of the Spanish technology consultancy CARSA specialised in innovation, restructuring and development using new technologies and customised support schemes. Her activities are related to creation and implementation of European RTD projects and advising of technology-based enterprises. Ms. Zicmane has previously worked as the Senior Desk Officer at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development of Latvia. She is author of a survey on the impact of ICT on sustainable development published the EC in 2004. Elina Zicmane has a Master degree in Public Administration and Management, as well as in Political Sciences and Public Relations.
