   Daniel Weiss is technical co-ordinator of eMapps.com. He holds a degree in Meteorology and a Post Graduate degree in GSDI/GIS for Public Administration. He was also Technical Coordinator of CHIMER www.chimer.org and a number of EU funded ICT projects.
