Dr. Anatoly Soloviev (tols@ednes.org) graduated from Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys, speciality Applied Mathematics in 2002. In 2005 obtained PhD degree in physics and mathematics at Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of Russian Academy of Sciences (IPE RAS). Since 2005, senior researcher in Geophysical Centre of RAS. Since 2001, telematics expert in Association EDNES, France. Since 1999, participates in numerous international projects: joint scientific projects in collaboration with NOAA (USA), CNRS (France) and other international scientific bodies, projects in the framework of EU FP5/FP6/Leonardo da Vinci Programme. Key qualifications include: telematics applications, management of telematics and other relevant international projects in particular in former USSR countries, teleworking software products implementation and adaptation for geophysical and other data handling and studies, geophysical, environmental and other databases on-line, mathematical geophysics and geoinformatics, artificial intelligence algorithms and their applications to global geophysical databases. Author of more than 20 publications.
