Rudolfs Gulbis has MSc degree in Physics fro University of Latvia. At present he is a PhD student at RTU. In essence the research topic deals with m-learning tehnologies. Besides his studies Rudolfs is working at RTU Distance Education Study Centre. He has participated in about 20 national/international e-learning projects. His interest include embedded computers, mobile systems and modern technology and society in aspect of e-inclusion. Languages: Latvian, English, German,Russian.
